55 Pall Mall in the heart of the highly sort after areas of St. James's central London. A stones through from landmark buildings and high end shopping districts. The historic façade of this scheme was carefully retained and restored. The interior reconstructed using CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) ensuring the low environmental impact and sustainability of the building.

An exceptional new office in the heart of St James’s
Reception space and updated access to the Library space.
55 Pall Mall at the heart of the prestigious St James's central London consists of 34,652 sqft of office space a stones through from St James's Palace and Mayfair. Due to the location in this historically sensitive area, the façade of this building has been carefully retained and preserved, only the interiors have been fully rebuilt. Cross laminated timber floors used instead of the traditional floor slab, lower the environmental impact of the building which it aiming for a BREEAM level of outstanding.
Part of the challenge of this project was to illustrate the CLT floor slabs which help this building achieve such a high ESG standard. In addition to several still images showing the potential of each floor, we produced an animation short to illustrate how the floor slabs are constructed and incorporated in the scheme. This formed the opening to the website as a doll house style diagrammatic animation.
The ground floor library forms a flexible event space.
