Brain Yard

Brain Yard is a mixed use commercial, residential and retail scheme, located in the Hatton Garden conservation area of Bloomsbury, central London by Dukelease. Restored and reimagined by AHMM architects, a former Edwardian warehouse combined with the fully restored shop façades of 160-164 Gray's Inn Road. In addition to a newly added 7 storey residential block. The warehouse restoration forming the office space extending a further two floors and roof terraces in the form of a steel corten crown, creating in total 100,000 square feet of office space across the site. The site linked through new public spaces and courtyards giving a sense of community through the scheme.

Our final edit of this 90 second showing activation of the space over the course of an average day. With two entry points to the commercial part of this scheme, it was important to our client we show how easily linked and accessible the site was for transport links within the local area.
