The Sans, 20 St Johns Square, a modernist take on the office building, brought up to date by developers Nuveen.

This 1960's retrofit was redesigned to create a sense of place. Views from the upper floor terrace, over looking Clerkenwell and the historical St John's Gate. Which was a key view point when selecting spaces to produce marketing images of, aiding pre-let of the scheme.
