The Grain House, SE1
Sat in the heart of Southwark, this former hay and grain warehouse on Loman St, SE1 has been brought up to modern office space standards. With 3m high ceilings and a BREEAM rating of Very Good. Thirdway architecture added a multi-storey laser cut Corten extension to enhance the original block work of this site. The extension adding to the already large terrace space, bringing the final area of accessible terrace to 3,750sqft with views across the whole of London.
