The Distillery Bristol
Comprised of 2 buildings side by side as part of the commercial development Glassfields Bristol. No.1 The Distillery offering 37,799 sq ft of commercial space. While No.2 The Distillery offers 53,874 sq ft of commercial space over two interlinking buildings including a covered courtyard street area at the centre. Both buildings having their own unique reception spaces to welcome potential tenants.
With such a large development over multiple buildings, often images are not enough to fully show case the site and allow future occupants to understand what is on offer. In this case a short animation was commissioned to show the relationships between the two buildings, the scale and potential to make this scheme their future home.
Part of the process
Working up CATA base allows for material and geometry to be signed off by client teams, before progressing to a fit out stage. CATA images are also a good tool for potential tenants to gauge the true scale and detailing of a potential space.
