Extensively Double height reception space with iconic Newtons Cradle. Redesigned
New amenity pavilion space and 1,033sqft communal roof terrace will be added. With views of St Pauls, The Shard and the City of London.
The Haywards Place entrance to be updated to be commuter friendly. With new bike storage facilities and space for 113 bikes, exceptional end of journeys and direct access to the office floors. Replacing the former pitched roof light with high end ceramic tiles, making a more prominent standing respecting the existing architecture and heritage of the building.

Newly refurbished office space across 6 floors each between 3,300 and 16,600 sqft - all delivered to high CATA standard. We produced indicative CATB tenant fitouts to aid with marketing. This helps prospective tenants with a vision of how the space can be used.
