Friary Park 990 homes, mixed use commercial and public spaces.
The Friary Park estate less than five-minutes’ walk from the Acton Main Line station and the new Crossrail is due to open in 2021. Transforming of the estate offering existing residents larger, better quality homes, and create over 1000 sq. m of new retail and commercial space.
The redevelopment of the existing site incorporates areas of new green spaces on the estate, with the creation of new podium gardens, play trails and a multi-use games area.
View points were selected throughout the scheme to highlight the green veins and through ways linking the buildings together. With a mix of children's play areas and landscaping to encourage wildlife.
A set of images sat all side a short animation showing the different areas within the site. Also highlighting the proposed phasing for public consultation.
Public realm views offer future residents a glimpse of their homes and diversity, also help planners see the spaces as designed.
